Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Ensure the garments are in their original condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging along with your invoice.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
